According to Holistic Medicine the emotions of FEAR, ANGER and WORRY create the greatest havoc in our bodies and it is essential to eliminate these emotions as soon a they occur. For your good health and well-being it is essential that you train yourself to eliminate negative emotions and do not allow them to build up.
Meditation is the number 1 power tool to manage your emotions and take charge of your good health.
I recommend practicing the Open your Heart Meditation at least once a day, every day for 30 days. Imagine putting everything that does not serve your highest good into a box and then you give it away. It’s easy. Give it a try!
I suggest the regular practice of a morning ritual and set a positive intention for the day.
