During my recent visit to Israel I was happy to discover a Reflexology Path at a public park in Tel Aviv.
The daily stimulation of the reflex points of the feet increases the sense of health and well-being, reduces pain and prevents disease.
A three months Reflexology study in Japan demonstrated that seniors who walked for half an hour daily on a Reflexology path experienced decreased pain, better sleep, increased memory, better motor skills and coordination, as well as a reduction of blood pressure. The control group who just went half an hour a day for a regular walk, without the stimulation of the reflex points of the feet, did not show such results.
