The Root Chakra, located at the base of your spine, is the most important energy center in your body.
Having strong roots translates to feeling safe, secure and protected in your physical existence.
A strong Root-Chakra develops throughout the first seven years of a child’s life. If the child receives unconditional love and the right boundaries, strong roots develop and will give a solid foundation for a good life and good health.
It is important to understand that when you balance one chakra it will immediately balance all other chakras as well. Therefore Root-Chakra work is sacred work and is the key to health, happiness, well-being and inner strength.
Physical ailments relating to the root chakra manifest as issues with the base of your spine, pelvis, hips, fertility, PMS, digestion disorders, issues with legs, knees and feet. Metaphysically the Root-Chakra corresponds to your feeling of safety, security, belonging, trust and your ability to easily go with the flow of life.
The workshop features two guided meditations and practical exercises to build Root Chakra Strength.
The guided meditation is accompanied by a ‘Sound Bath’ – the relaxing sound of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, which induce alpha wave level activity of the brain, balance the hemispheres of the brain and resonate within every cell of your body, creating health, balance, and harmony. Please bring mat and blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
