If the child receives unconditional love and the right boundaries\, strong roots develop and will give a solid foundation for a good life and good health. \n  \nIt is important to understand that when you balance one chakra it will immediately balance all other chakras as well. Therefore Root-Chakra work is sacred work and is the key to health\, happiness\, well-being and inner strength. \nPhysical ailments relating to the root chakra manifest as issues with the base of your spine\, pelvis\, hips\, fertility\, PMS\, digestion disorders\, issues with legs\, knees and feet.
